The Boston University Seminars in Food, Wine and the Arts is sponsoring a free lecture on Friday, February 26 with food historian and James Beard award-winning author Betty Fussell on Raising Steaks: The Life and Times of American Beef. The lecture will begin at 6 pm at 808 Commonwealth Avenue, Room 117, as part of BU’s MLA in Gastronomy Lecture Series in Food Studies.
