Verrill Farm will host a one day only Corn & Tomato Festival this year on Saturday, August 21, from 11 – 4, at 11 Wheeler Road in Concord. A celebration of freshly harvested Verrill Farm grown tomatoes (over 30 varieties) and corn (8 – 10 varieties), the event includes unlimited corn and tomato samples and tastings of corn and tomato dishes made in the farm stand kitchen. There will be hot dogs, hamburgers & beverages available a la carte, live music by Monadnock Bluegrass, Giddy Up Pony rides, and hayrides. $8.50 per person, $4.50 for kids under 10.
