On Saturday, November 6 from 11:00am to 1:30pm the Polly Hill Arboretum hosts Cathy Walthers, Island chef and author of Raising the Salad Bar, and Soups and Sides, for a soup making demonstration and tasting. Begin the day with a staff led tour of the Arboretum, then enjoy a delicious bowl of soup while Cathy shares some recipes and soup making tips. $30/$25 for PHA members.
